After more than 50 years in the business, Freddy Vandecasserie takes his son Patrick to continue the journey that started in 1958 when Freddy joined the team at Plaza.

The rest is history; in 1962, he joined La Villa Lorraine alongside Camille Lurkin and Marcel Kreusch, forming the winning team of the first three Michelin stars outside of France.

In 1974, he took over the kitchen and was later joined by Patrick in 1991.

Today, a new story can be written, with a different project and a different location.

With the support of the whole family, Patrick settles into this charming farmhouse in Ruisbroek, following in the footsteps of Guy and Sonia Braillard with great respect.
