After more than 50 years of work, Freddy Vandecasserie takes his son Patrick to continue their journey started in 1958 while Freddy joined the Plaza team.
We know the rest, he will return in 1962 to The Villa Lorraine alongside Camille Lurkin and Marcel Kreusch, they will together form the winning team of the first three Michelin stars outside France.
In 1974, he took the reins of the kitchen and will be joined by Patrick in 1991.
